Carrie Miller started out her career in an office environment at the age of eight working in her father’s law firm. She was taught early that a strong work ethic and honest values were key to success. She worked her way up within the office starting as Receptionist to a Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO. She has worked primarily with private & public commercial shopping center REIT’s. Carrie has utilized her networking and customer service skills working with investors, clients, vendors, assistants and colleagues to form a strong network.
Carrie is the founder and CEO of Eagle EA Consulting, an early stage startup that assists Executive Assistant’s with business coaching, educational development, personal/professional branding and problem solving. She coaches assistants on salary negotiations and teaches them how to ensure they are protected when on-boarding with a new organization. She is very passionate about bringing awareness to the workplace harassment epidemic and feels strongly that Ed Hiner’s book First, Fast, Fearless and The Hiner Group’s leadership training program F4, will educate and train employees within organizations globally to become ethical leaders and more effective teams together.
Ed Hiner was born and raised in Virginia's Blue Ridge mountains. He grew up with a thirst for competition, and developed an indomitable will to win that would serve him well in his life's work as a warrior and a leader. He thrived in team sports, and was a regional standout in football, wrestling, and baseball.
Ed graduated Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training in 1993 with class 189. He later attended Officer Candidate School, where he earned his commission as a distinguished honor graduate and class president. He had an acclaimed 20-year career as a Navy SEAL, during which he made nine major deployments on five continents. Twice awarded the Bronze Star with “V” for valor and combat leadership, Ed commanded hundreds of direct combat missions and low visibility operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Southeast Asia and Central America. In addition to his combat tours, he led BUD/S instructors, managed the training program for the West coast SEAL Teams, and was in charge of all SEAL basic and advanced training.
Ed now offers up this vast experience base as a coach and consultant specializing in leadership, team building, mental toughness, resiliency and personal conflict resolution. He utilizes the principles from his book "First Fast Fearless, How to Lead Like a Navy SEAL," to help individuals and corporations build and lead effective teams. He believes leaders are only able to unleash the full potential of their team when they first understand and work through their own fears. First, Fast, Fearless!!!

Patrick Barry is a business builder, entrepreneur, and leader with three decades of managerial, execution, and revenue-generation experience. He is a veteran in sales, business development, and corporate development, and has held senior positions at companies and brands like Warner Bros., American Idol, and SK Telecom. He was an executive at two VC-backed start-ups, one of which achieved an IPO. A former undefeated U.S. Amateur and Golden Gloves boxer, Patrick holds a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley, a Master's from Pepperdine’s Graduate Business School, and a Master's in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica. He was an adjunct guest lecturer for seven years at Pepperdine Graduate Business School, and is a distinguished alumnus from the SEALFit Academy in San Diego, CA.
